[SOLD] Tuff-Wheel, adapter and horn setup

I have for sale a Tuff-Wheel, adapter and horn mechanism. The adapter and horn parts are in great shape but the Tuff-Wheel itself is in serious need of help. The cushioned wrapping is gone and someone tried to glue a cover on to it. The metal part is still in great shape though. Maybe it can be restored. I’d like to get $80 for everything plus the shipping.
