The inner fender braces interfere with lowered cars and wide tires. Especially rims with over 4.5 backspacing

the subframe connectors and spring relocation functions and installs very well.

Torque boxes are great but I wouldn't buy the core support again.

I would like to know why the core support was not recommended..

I assume the reliefs in the inner fender braces was your solution to the front tires rubbing?

I found that the fit was not to my liking. It took heat and persuasion to make it fit snug around the existing core. As you can see by the last pic, it is really just supported on the sides by the original core, and only goes up the front of the frame rail about 1/4 of the way. If I were doing it over, I would get a support that ties both frame rails from underneath and ditch the original support. When I called USCT to inquire, they advised that they could see no problem.

BTW......Pretty happy with the fender braces as well.

Yes. Reliefs had to be added. Not a very wide tire even. Like 215/??/17 don’t know exact wheel specs.

Not my car.

Car being built by ns1rm21 at the shop he works at.
