Does anyone know where I can find a vacuum actuator for the heater door on a 67 Barracuda?

Where is this one leaking? Is the rubber ripped or just leaking? Many time you can wrap the area where the rod goes through with fine wire with many loops to tighten the seal there then use 3M weatherstrip adhesive to smear over the wire to bond it and then spread it around where the rubber seals to the can. I have saved several this way.
