valiant rear emblem colors

I have a '65 Barracuda. The V-shaped Valiant logo on the rear of the vehicle is missing all of if its color. Looks like it used to be a black circle with a red half and a blue half for the V.

Can anyone tell me exactly what paint I could get to match the original colors? Any other hints for making this look new and shiny? Which side is red and which is blue?
