very bad vibrations !

hi , hopefully someone can help i just got done with my duster bigblock conversion 383 with a 727 i drove it home from the shop last night seemed good but when i got into it today it idles fine in park or neutral but when i put it in gear man what a vibration and sometimes stalls if i hold my foot on the brake and give it a little gas it seems to go away any one else ever have this happen ?

Hmmm- idles ok with no load but vibrates/stalls under load... my first thought would be to check for vacuum leak, the possible weak timing chain changing timing when put under load. No idea of condition of your 383 but had this happen to my 'bee years ago. Hope this helps or at least gives you a place to start.
