One Vintage 15X7 aluminum wheel, believed to be made by Fenton according to research. It was bought years ago and mounted with a spare trailer tire and never got used. I do not have a center cap for it but it's a 3.25" bore so they are easily available.

Summit sells an aluminum Ultra wheel that looks identical to this Fenton, the Ultra is only $117 so it would make a nice set of cheap wheels.
