Scored an old original cardboard type headliner for the duster. I gave up on messing with the bow style one quite some time ago.

Did some fiberglass repair work on the cracks and missing corners, and wrapped it in crushed velvet to match my package tray.

Just gotta make a couple matching sail panels now. :) pretty stoked with how it turned out.

They sell them new now . Not that expensive. I have seen them for Duster, Demon and dart sport. They should have them for Dart and scamp. You did a nice job on your I like it.

I wonder if one of these could be modified to fit a 64-66 Barracuda? A good friend of mine did a 72 Duster (similarly) with indoor/outdoor carpet. It looked great!

Most all mopars came with hard liners from mid 70's and newer. Go to a pick and pull and grab one that looks like it will be large enough to trim

All the ones i saw were 400-500$ with 100$ oversized fee and 100$+ shipping tacked on. Things are getting ridiculous anymore

Hmmm im not sure. Ive never been inside a 64 barracuda, i would think as long as the duster one is bigger than the cuda would call for you could just trim it down.

only ones I've seen for sale were the ABS plastic ones, not the cardboard like the original ones.

Part 2 of the Headliner saga, I decided it would be more economical and time saving to make the sail panels myself, especially since im technically using the incorrect 71 metal style rear window trim pieces instead of the later model plastic ones that actually go to the cardboard headliners. All in, I had a total of $29 and some change between the board material, the fabric, and the spray adhesive. I didn't count the masking tape or cardboard in that figure because it was just stuff i had laying around. The best price I saw for just the sail panels alone was 35$ + Shipping/tax so overall i did the job for about half what it would have costed to just buy the panels, except mine were a guaranteed fit with the 71 style rear window frame trim pieces.

I Started off with some scraps of cardboard and started taping them together and trimming/tracing until i got a sort of rough shape that looked sort of like what was needed, then i trimmed it from there further, traced it onto some board material, then trimmed/tweaked it until it was a perfect fit before wrapping in matching material. The results speak for themselves, im super happy with how they turned out.

I will be doing the back seat delete panel over winter to match as well.
