First time out in the Barracuda. My butt-dyno made me think that it would probably run high 14's to low 15's but I really didn't know what to expect out of it. I was pleasantly surprised today with several runs in the 14.60's with a best of 97.75mph. All runs were made on street tires in about 80 degree heat. Not too shabby!
A couple of bolt-ons, some new leaf springs, and some slicks and I should be in the high 13's by next summer. All in all I'm pretty pleased. It's been about five years since I've raced at the strip, it felt damn good to get back out there. All of a sudden I have a serious itch to go faster! :burnout:
