What are these?

I recently parted out a 73 Dart Sport. These were laying in the floor board when I got the car. They are the same color as the rest of the interior but I've never seen them before. The front bench seat was gone from the car so I suspect they are from it but not 100% sure.

Damn, those are oxidized to heck. Are the white tabs still intact on the inside?
