what happened???

board was running real slow for a while..

went to page today and it had signed me out. password no good..

reset password i get in.. page is running fast like it should.

leave board and come back an i'm signed out again..

try to sign in and password no good.. have to reset it again.. this happened a few times already today..

cleared history and restarted and same problem...

only problems recently has been with this board.

I had to log in a few times yesterday. I made sure on the second time that I clicked the save password or whatever it says. But it still logged me back out. Didn't have to change my passwords though!

Joey is working on the sites performance issues. There is a “glitch” for lack of better words, I guess?

He is on it. There is also a thread on this issue. Everybody is experiencing this issue.

Mine did the same thing, fbbo also, all working well now!

This morning my desktop computer was logged out again and wouldn’t accept the password. Left it at that. Site is fine on my phone for now.

Guess there was a problem other then just clearing cookies like stated in the other thread.

Did you use the https address to login?


Guys, I'm sorry this is happening -- it seems all connected to the https crap and there are several people trying to figure it out. It is proving to be a real PITA for me as well as you guys but the change to https is pretty much something we have to do. Its about having a secure connection so your login information is protected. I can't do much more except apologize and keep trying to find the problem, which I and a few others are doing.

Did you try disabling the rich text editor I mentioned above?

I had the problem with the site making me log in after I had it "remember me" yesterday...

I cleared my cookies and it seems to be ok now...

I'm using a desktop with Win 7...

My android phone wants to "update" every other day it seems. I'm not sure that I could deal with the constant update notifications for 2 years. That's impressive.

Just for the record.....I have been getting logged off for the last few days every time I left the site........... every time I had returned to the site it wanted me to log in again.....and I had checked the box to keep me logged in....Never had this happen before......So I did what Joey suggested by unchecking the box "Use the rich text editor to create and edit messages" on his link he provided and I have not had the problem since.....I am on a desktop PC running Windows 8.....If that is what anyone is wondering

Well it just worked again Joey....I was off for about 4 hours and got back on and right in without log in.....before it was every time I closed my browser window the last few days

just came back about 13 hours later from last login and still logged in.....so it has something to do with that Joey....I never cleared my cache or cookies either....just unchecking that box did it for me
