Hi Everyone! There are a million posts on headers. I spent time looking, but thought it would be easier to ask a question I'm sure has already been answered. I have a 1973 Dodge Dart 440. I cut out the fender walls. Took out the brake booster and went to manual steering. Lots of room. What headers should I buy?
It's a street/strip car. Everything is set up to be a street car, but it is a little more radical than a stock street car.
The TTI Headers have all tubes under the chassis. There exhaust system is very nice. When I installed mine, (sh - ‘67 Cuda) I just needed to cut the mid pipes to fit. I can be purchased with long & short mufflers or without mufflers.
Tubular Automotive in Mass. I bought TTIs for my small block Dart three years ago.. big mistake! not happy with the fit or finish a waste of money. I should have just went with another set of Tubular Automotives
if you don't care about cutting the fenderwells and the tires rubbing a little when making sharp turns Hedman Huslers. I liked those the best on my dart. had the Pro Parts, and the Hooker Headers. Hedman were my favorite hands down.
