Not a clue there. Looks like each square opening is a different size but having to tighten the thing down every time would be bs.
But handy when it is a pain in the ***.

That's a early KD tool. Those bands didn't last too long. The locking bands with the notches took over and now everybody just replaces the whole drive axle with a reman.

Ray is tricky. He was military and worked on aircraft and such. That's a whole different world. I sold tools to auto, truck and ag techs. You know, the normal stuff.
