Not a BB but,I have a 367cuber with a Hughes having about the same specs, and it's about 11" at 700, @930ft elevation. It will idle down to 550 in gear(M/T), with a lot of ignition retard. IDK the vacuum down there, lol.
A 440 would probably pull a lil more vacuum.

I’m getting 8-9” @700rpm. Was getting concerned that I may have a vaccum leak but other than the low vacuum I have no other symptoms. Since the EFI is controlling timing I may bump up the base timing and see what that does.

Holy cow that car looks and sounds freaking awesome. That is the prettiest red color iv ever seen. I'm not a fan of red but that thing looks like a hot wheel chrome color. Absolutely amazing.

Yup I’ve hated that pump since day 1. Debating what to do. Not sure if I want to keep the cell I have or get a different one altogether. I’d really like to free up the trunk space and get a whisper quiet pump while I’m at it.

It's interesting to see the lobe separation and installed centerlines between various camshafts.

However, I still don't fully understand how the same cam would react with different LSA or installed centerline. Say if my cam has a 113 LSA and the installed centerline was 108 instead of 110. How does that change things.

The higher LSA will provide higher vacuum and smoother idle and will have a broader power curve over a lower LSA cam. The lower LSA will have a choppier idle and typically you can’t run power brakes due to low vacuum. The lower LSA will tend to have a more “peaky” power curve. There are more differences but that’s just what I recall of the top of my head.
