What Radio to use

I am not sure which group this should be in (interor, electric, etc.) so I am starting here. I wish to keep the stock AM radio in the 72 Duster and want some type of remote/hidden radio for daily driving (especially to keep track of traffic report). What type of system are other using? Mostly just need the local radio. Not into CDs (I only own 1 CD which is of my kids in a chior) or satellite radio but if the system has it I (or my wife) may use it. Thanks for any suggestions.

Not sure what's available near you, but we have a company here that will rebuild the guts of your existing stock AM radio so that you can pick up FM stereo. They can also install a pig-tail that you can hook up either a satellite receiver or MP3 player into.

We have special "Collector's Insurance" here, for cars of a certain age that are in "stock" condition. This option is covered under this policy, so it is "original".
