We're actually both wrong. Here it is. TNT Express is the name of the color. It's an orange color used by shipping companies.
If Wikipedia is correct, LA 318 was available for a 1967 Monaco in Canada only. Maybe yours confirms this.

That could be an LA or a poly. 67 still had poly engines in Canada but the U.S. saw them go bye bye with the 66 model year. That's a 67 fury 1 there so....
It's a LA in the original picture, exhaust manifolds give it away also. Poly, with individual exhaust ports: LA, with combined center ports:
That last photo is in Australia as the car is right hand drive and as such is a 1967 Dodge Pheonix! We used Plymouth knocked down kits and called them Dodge as Dodge had a better name in Australia. This would also account for the tailamp on the bootlid (trunk) being orange as our indicator lenses in Australia have to be orange and not red!
Funny thing about the photo that I see is that engine does look orange but the one in the background looks a good bit more red-ish.
My moms 66 fury poly 318 automatic was red, my wife's 67 dart 273 2bbl automatic was red, my 68 cuda 318 2bbl automatic was red, my 69 cuda 340 4bbl automatic was turquoise. The '67, '68, 'and '69 were built in Hamtramck, but I don't know the plant origin of the engines. I don't remember seeing any orange SB engines prior to 1970, but might have been asleep or otherwise occupied at the time. I did see a lot of turquoise 4bbl BB's through '69, but the HP's were orange in '69, '70, '71. Seems everything went corporate blue by '73 or '74. Not sure about '72. I worked as a mechanic in '70-78 at a dealership in Detroit, saw too many cars over too many years to remember the grey areas around 1973, but I'm fairly sure there were still a few '73' SB's that were still orange. All of the 440 police cars '73-'78 were corporate blue. Those cars had a first gear lockout bracket bolted to the transmission pan to prevent use of manual first gear. All of the cops wanted it removed
I said this several times. 69' 340 automatics were turquoise, the 4 speeds were Hemi orange ( I have a dealer brochure that shows this). 72' 318's were blue (bought a B300 van new that had it) I installed a 70' 340 in it and painted it the correct blue for that year. Look COOL with the "340 Four Barrel" emblems under the Sportsman Royal Maxi ones on the doors, under to the mirrors. Sure do miss it, but kept the motor for another day.
The photos are not "colorized" from b/w images. These look like photo prints from color film I use to shoot back in the late 60's.
I loo I looked long and hard. Those two motors are not the same. The one in the background appears to be a poly (wide) and the front one an LA. Dist. are both in the rear, so not a BB or RB. Yes, it appears to be a Monaco. The brown oil filters, stumped me.
I think those might be 68's. I think I see marker lights in the fender, although they look square instead of round. Did Canada cars get square ones? That would explain the LA 318 vs the 66 Canada only poly.
I think their both 67s. Hard to tell if there is side markers or not. The car in the back has 67 tail lights by kim
So the big questions are (not necessarily what color the engine blocks are): 1- what year is it? 2- what country is it? If it's 1967 and the US, it is "normal" for a 318 in a C body to be an LA block and to be red, no?
