This set of wheels and tires came of a 30K mile survivor car and are very nice, not rusty old wheels. The tires are in very nice shape and have never been flat or fixed, only 3500 miles on them. This size 13 inch tire is getting very hard to find and are very expensive. The hubcaps are very very nice and would look great on any show car. I just looked them over and there are no curb marks,dents, or scratches that I could find. Only thing I noticed was some very slight fading of paint in a couple of small spots. These are as close to mint as you will find. Local pick up only in Pleasant Valley, NY 12569. I work in Yonkers, NY and I would be willing to bring them there if paid for first. $350 no shipping
