Pardon me if this is dumb, guys, but here's a picture of Rock Auto's page on their 440 timing sets. Which one do you think would be appropriate for my old engine? I want a steel, double-roller-chain set; nothing fancy, but good quality.

Also, what's the deal with 1-bolt vs. 3-bolt cam gears??

What say you? Thanks very much.

I would go with that first melling in the HP area. Some cams take one bolt others three, you have to see which one you have.

You will have to see which cam shaft setup you have. Factory 78 motor... most likely a single bolt. But always double check!!
