will ebody springs fit an A body

i have a buddy that works with me that has a nice pair of ebody springs off his cuda he said i could have. ( he restores cars mainly cudas) and he said if they would work i could havem would they fit?

I am not sure but I think E body springs are a little longer than the A's. May be able to make them work if you find a way to move the rear shackles back?
