Windshield Interior Plastic Trim

This picture shows a piece of plastic trim from the bottom edge of the windshield on my 65 Dart Convertible. It locks into a groove in the windshield gasket. It looks like it's shrunk and cracked and it's also discolored.

Does anyone know what this piece is called or where to get a new one?

My 65 convertible didn't have one but the 65 Valiant and 65 Dart sedan I parted out both had them. I've never seen a repop advertised by anyone.

I had the same problem on my '64 Valiant. I couldn't find a replacement, so I tried to scrape the discoloration off. When I finished after many hours of work, some parts of it looked like new, but other areas were discolored all the way through.

My fix?....I left it off, and if you didn't know it was supposed to be there, you'd never know something wasn't correct.
