WOW! LOOK! 1974 Scamp for sale 500! just needs eci to run- Kansas City (Not Mine)

This guy has 1974 Scamp for sale for $500. Probably will be sold in no time. Says it just needs an ECI and it will run fine. Has some damage in the front fender and rust on the bottoms of quarters, but the interior even looks nice! WTH???
I'd drive up and buy it tomorrow if I had a way to trailer it home... Thought you guys would like to see it...
