[WANTED] WTB nv3500 5 speed

Well, I have been looking for one also with no luck. I gave up because everybody told me the same thing, they only came in the 2wd Dakotas for a few years and are very few out there. I'm sure someone has one. I found a national rebuilder says they have a few but they want $3000 for it, Yikes.
 
I'm not very close to NC, but last time I was at the pick and pull they had several, one of which went in my 1st gen Dakota. I can see if they still have them. They go pretty cheap if you don't mind shipping.
