Amazing 4-wide finish with a 0.001-second margin of victory yesterday at Kansas! The closest finish in NASCAR history.

Congratulations to 'Alsant' (FBBO), 'Back in Time' (FABO), 'cuda20' (FABO), 'fishmens67' (FABO), 'ocdart' (FABO) and 'Yunick13' (FABO) for correctly picking the race winner, #5 Kyle Larson. They each picked up
-5 bonus points.

Nobody picked the race runner-up, #17 Chris Buescher, so no runner-up bonus points earned this week.

'Yunick13' (FABO) had the low net score for the week with
-6.0 points

#11 Denny Hamlin was the race leader at the end of Stage 1, #1 Ross Chastain was in 2nd.

As a reminder here's a quick explanation of what the above numbers represent:
(your score before the race) (your Pole pick car #) (Pole winner bonus point) (race pick car #) (race pick car #) (Stage 1 bonus points) (Stage 2 bonus points) (race pick finish position) (race pick finish position) (race winner/runner-up bonus points) (your score after the race)

Please let me know if I show either your Pole or Race picks incorrectly or if you have any questions.

Please post your picks for the next race and let me know if you want to "lock" them in for future weeks. I will put an "L" before either your Pole pick or your race picks to show they've been "locked".
As always, you can always make different picks each week. Your "locked" picks will always be there should you forget to post your race picks, your computer malfunctions or the site should go down temporarily.

Don't forget to get your picks for the Goodyear 400 at Darlington Raceway posted before the green flag drops at approximately 3:15 PM EDT (12:15 PM PDT) on Sunday, May 12. Any race picks or changes to previously posted race picks for this race posted after 3:15PM EDT (12:15PM PDT) will not be recognized.

Your Pole Pick for Darlington will need to be posted before qualifying starts at 11:20AM EDT (8:20AM PDT) on Saturday, May 11. Any qualifying picks or changes to previously posted qualifying picks for this race posted after 11:20AM EDT (8:20AM PDT) will not be recognized.
Qualifying will immediately follow Cup Series practice as shown on the Darlington race schedule on nascar.com.

Correction: I had Hamlin as my other race pick, also locked in, not Bell. Your points are correct.

Hamlin and Larson, locked in race pix, Bell as locked in pole sitter. Thanks.

Joey Lagono and William Byron on my notes, looks like this track still can not be tamed... hmm. Can Tyler Reddick get him a pole here :poke:, be back after practice to make my picks @ocdart

Qualifying hasn't yet started on TV coverage.
#5 Larson for the Pole at Darlington

Congratulations to '44070dart' (FABO) for correctly picking #45 Tyler Reddick (and the cheesy 'stache) to be the quickest qualifier at Darlington.
He picked up
-1 bonus point.

I loved all the throwback paint schemes.

@memike, please confirm your #25 pick for Darlington. I don't see a #25 entry at Darlington listed on nascar.com.
Thanks.
24 , my brain transpose the wrong number  , you got another touch of my world Ken, thanks
My guess would be that he was picking the 24, based upon the fact that he liked my post which also has Byron as a pick for the race.
Thank you, you got that right, 24 car and 45.

That was my guess as well. I thought about recording his pick as the #24 and posting what I had done, but I wanted to receive confirmation from Mike to be sure.
