Have a non OD 4 speed. It's really pitted, side cover is broken. Internals look really good. Turns smooth. Unknown year. Unknown numbers. Unreadable. Pick up in Bay city Wisconsin or South st Paul mn

Unknown thermoquad believe was off a 74-78 c body 400ci. $20

$450? May take trades on some parts. Let me know what ya got

Does the trans have a slip yoke or ball and trunk on output shaft?

Slip yoke I was told it was a 71 but I can't prove that but it has the same internals as my 69 833 and it's different internals than my 75 OD one

What is the number on the TQ? Can you take more pictures of the TQ?

I sure can, I'm 99% sure it's off the 78 Newport 400 car I just stripped last fall. I never keep them things so I can imagine that's where it came from. I will get more pictures mid day

Could you please try to lightly hand brush it or use emery cloth to clean it up? My car was originally from that area and I'm looking for it's long lost transmission.

I did find a set of A body shift rods I will include. Adjustable portion are stuck but with some heat they should loosen up.
