Duster Down Under
Hi All,
Need you expert assistance...
On my '76 Duster, now with 383 and 727 I've run into a couple of issues...
Took the car to gas station and went to fill her up and it filled about 3 gallons and did not want to fill anymore and just kept spilling back out..
I've changed two things since the car had it's original small block.
1. Put a Charger flip fuel cap on the car.
2. The Duster has three fuel lines on it in the engine bay. One was to the charcoal cannister (now gone), second I take it is the return and third is to carb.
I have blocked the first two which I take it is incorrect and I might be getting a lot of vapour and hence fuel issues??? The car originally had the charcoal cannister and fuel filter was Fram style with the return pipe but I have now put chrome inline direct filter..
Can anyone suggest any tips to the above dilemma's on how to cure my fuel system issues???
Appreciate the assistance and feedback...
