Hey man what part of Washington are you located? My wife grew up in Snohomish and her Mom currently lives near Echo Lake.

I keep missing the good ones. My favorite place, down at the end of Lake CDA has been "boarded up." Evidently it's private, and evidently the hoodlums took advantage. Here's a shot with an old Olympus manual lens, adapted to my Canon, a 28mm . You can see why I'm going to miss that site

This one here was taken with a lens I modified to fit Canon EF mount, was a Canon FL 19mm f3.5/ R. This is out on the "Rathdrum Prairie"

The modification project:

This was taken the other night, handheld, Canon 7D, 17-55IS 2.8 lens, no photoshop except scaling down the image

Here's one I took a week or so ago over Lake Coure' D Alene. It was smokey then too, made everything look pink.

Cell phone pic but still decent. That sure is a beautiful part of the country.

Beautiful pictures Guys. I am really partial to the water shots because they seem so relaxing.

That's not far from where I took the last one I posted. Sure would have been nice if the State of Idaho would have seen fit to put a couple of LEGAL pull outs where people could stop by the lake.

Nice picsssssssss me likes the sun set,I am kind of nocturnal, harvest time.

My day just begun here
X2, I enjoyed a good sun set, know I wish I would have took a picture :glasses7:

I couldn't figure it out for sure. I thought a cloud but then it looked like maybe a fire. I guess I need one of those 65" monitors too.

Nice one's on my Yearly fishing trip up to the great Canadian Shield The last one is a couple of Teenager Bald Eagles, Mom was out catching dinner for them, These were both out of the nest but on the same island as the nest, sweet pic.

A few from Long Lake, about 1/4 mile from my front door. The conditions will be right soon for some killer pictures, the fog lifting off the water early in the morning......the last 3 I was standing on the ice & fell thru. I was waste deep in muck....
