Looks like every one has an answer to the question, I love my 1972 Duster. I have done some much to her in the past 7 Years and wouldnt replace it with any other A-Body

This right here has my vote as well! No other A-body that I'd want more than a 72 Duster!! Oh yea, I have one!! :D
in my current state of mind, I would vote for that car's cousin.

I have that exact car but in the cousin version because mine is a Demon.

I used to like dusters more than the demon because the name "demon" is a bit disturbing, but then I it seemed like I couldn't find many dusters but I kept running into demons. So now my 72 Demon is high on the list of my favorites, even though my car still needs some assembly

I don't have a color name but can post a picture of the paint can that was used when a repaint was make on the car....

i've had 'cudas, challengers, darts and dusters.
..but my favorite is a '69 Dart!

Early 63-65 Abodies are the best. They look like smaller 63-65 Bbodies.

1. They are light

2. They mod up great and look like this

3. They sound like this

Am I biased.......not at all! ;)

You guys have some really great cars!! This is my 1973 Dart Swinger. It suits me, not as old as some you guys classics cars, but I think it's got a great look! I was 11 years old when this car was born, so I remember them well.

Down here in the land of OZ I have a genuine 71 Plum Crazy Dodge Demon 340 & I love it.

I sold my '72 Duster 340- red/w/4sp to a guy in Queensland maybe 2 years ago. He ran it some at the drags, now traded for a dart I think. Know him?????

67-97 Barracuda Fastbacks are my favorite. My 69 340 4 speed is a BLAST to drive, and when I go to a car show, it is usually the only one there.

I own a 68 Barracuda notch and 68 Dart GT convertible.

My two picks: 69 Barracuda and 71 Demon.

I think the 69 Barracuda S Fastback is the cleanest most refined look of all three years. The grill looks clean and flush with no line breaks for headlight bezels. Stripe with motor size callout is best of all years. Recall rims or the turbine wheel covers look much better than 67-68 offerings.

71 Demon: great options, colors, scoops, interiors, rims, stripes. The available folding sunroof is very odd and cool too. 72 is close for me because of better looking and functioning hood scoop.

I too love my 72, and wouldn't trade for any other a-body. I've changed the interior back to the factory white.

I was once told that the Duster was the very best drag car Abody ever, so what do you say?

Well... Yeah. 108" wheelbase, then add subframe connectors and your drivetrain combo of choice. Simple, great bracket car recipe just off the stock suspension platform.

Well I like the 72 Duster best, mostly because of the tail panel/lights, so yours is PERFECT! Funny that the 71 was the most powerful 340 I believe.......george

Same here! Only thing I don't like a out the 72s is the marker lights, wish they would've used the flush ones from 70-71
