I was at a car show last night here in town. A great turnout and a perfect night as the weather goes. The Red Plymouth has a 528 727, he also has a light blue one as well with the same drivetrain.

The yellow Merc is sitting on a Lincoln frame and has all the drivetrain and the Lincoln interior. The guy did a excellent job on it. Dave Grindig and Gene Windfield both signed the inner fender.

Looks like a good show Mark and good weather.
Looks to me like a hard choice witch one I'd take home.

Morning Fred... Yeah lots of nice cars and a great turnout. A few burnouts when leaving:thumbsup:
Love a good burnout Mark.
Working on the motor home today found an exhaust leak, I got to pull the exhaust manifold then charge the A/C then the old girl is ready to go.
What's on your honey do list today?

I would like to clean up the 300 today before it gets too hot. Going to feel like 36C (97F) today. I have a window between 9 and 11 where I have some shade.

At that temp. in the sun you would be lucky to rinse the car off before the soap dried on.
I here the 300 is a nice driving car, everyone I know that has one says they wouldn't trade for any other car.

I have a huge swamp Maple tree across the road that gives me lots of shade till around 11am. It usually takes 2.5-3 hrs to clean a car so I can just get it done in time.

Good timing Mark. Sure wish I had it down that good It takes me an hour just to get the dead crusty bugs off my front bumper.

I got the exhaust manifold of my motor home and only broke two bolts off. I consider myself lucky only breaking two on a 1984 460 ford.

We are home from the race. The cars we ran against had plates welded on the frames and such. We were still able to pull off 4th and 5th. It should have been 3rd and 4th but a guy that sat on the side till we had it down to 4 came back in and they allowed it. 3rd was were the payout starts. Oh well we had a blast and both cars are junk and not running. Broken distributors put us both out.

Well guys it’s a hell of a hockey game ! Nice to see them turn it up !
