I would think when you retire and do nothing all day you would start to feel guilty and end up at least washing the car.

Those help too. Dr. told me that if the Thyroid slows it will make you fat and lazy without changing your diet.

Same here CF had a blood clot about eight years ago , now really have to watch my cholesterol . Take my Lipitor everyday.

not on any meds yet and If I go to the doctor he will find something wrong with me and want to put me on meds.

My *** is dragging so bad I'm gonna have to put it on ice to cool it down.
