yeah i have read up and read up and most everything i read someone has a problem with either Hughes cams or Comp cams. not everyone can afford the $500 Bullet or ISKY race cams... most of the time cam failure comes from the break in done incorrectly or not using proper oil or a zinc additive.. alot of people knock the summit cams too, but my 318 has a summit 6901 that has been in it running strong for almost 15 yrs with no issue,Have you read the recent posts on here regarding Hughes cams?
I personally have zero experience with Hughes cams, but you may want to do a little research prior to your cam purchase.

I'm just gonna save up and get the correct hughes 1110 springs. One thing I just noticed is the exhaust lift of your cam is .516 with 1.5 ratio rockers. On Com's website they list the maximum lift for the 901's as .490. That might be enough to cause an issue.
Probably a good plan. I wonder who makes them for them. Lots of springs listed on Summit's site. They all have different specs. Some have coil bind information and some don't. Hughes is a bit sketchy on their specs. Crazy!I'm just gonna save up and get the correct Hughes 1110 springs.
I checked tracking at first it said would be here Monday by end of day and then today and now it's just stuck in transit with no possible delivery date. Covid is really jacking up shipping everywhere.Probably a good plan. I wonder who makes them for them. Lots of springs listed on Summit's site. They all have different specs. I saw that. Still in transit. Heck, may be it will show up tomorrow. I ordered a car show kit from Summit and it wasn't supposed to be here until Thursday. It came today!I checked tracking at first it said would be here Monday by end of day and then today and now it's just stuck in transit with no possible delivery date.
