    Power brake swap

I just want power brakes that's all. I haven't driven this car in 10 or so years, but I remember I did not like the manual brakes. Easy enough to swap.

    Power brake swap

Ok very cool, thank you for the info. Have to redo the entire brake system, so might as well upgrade to power brakes.

    Power brake swap

Do you just drill, and tap a hole pretty much anywhere?

    Power brake swap

So I want to convert my car to power brakes. Car is a 76 Dart 4 door l6. It already has front disc. I've been told just to buy the power brake booster, and matching master. My question is, where do I tie into for vacuum for the booster?

Photobucket cure (for google chrome users)

This is so you can see photo's on these online forums! It worked for me. It's kind of nice to go look at someones build, and actually be able to see their photos!

Photobucket cure (for google chrome users)

Hey folks, so I was over on the slant 6 forum, and found a cure to photobucket photos not working. It only works for google chrome users, but I've done it, and it works. It's an add on. I cant believe photobucket wanting a few hundred dollars to use their service. That's ridiculous. Fix...

    Front frame rails?

I might be waiting until I take the car completely apart, then figure out what to do from there. I'm thinking Ill buy a cutoff from a nice clean car. Believe it or not where the torsion bars pass through, it is very solid there.

    Front frame rails?

Sorry about that, the car is a 76. I would like to get the earlier frame rails if they make them, I plan on putting an earlier front end on the car.

    Front frame rails?

Is there a company out there that makes new front frame rails? Was under my Dart yesterday, and saw some decent sized holes in both front frame rails. I've been told about the safety caps, but are they really that safe? I'm not going to give up on this car over that.

    Slant 6 engine boss decoding

So it's definitely the original engine to the car. The numbers on the rear boss are C6223489. The last of the numbers match my vin. I guess the only way I'll know if it's forged or cast crank is pulling the oil pan, and measuring the connecting rod width. Cast are a little under an inch wide at...

    Slant 6 engine boss decoding

I'm not 100% sure where the partial vin is, but I did have someone break down the code in that picture I posted. Was told the block was built febuary 5th 1976, and was the 28th block that day. I will try to google where the partial vin, and casting date is, I know the engine is original to the...

    Slant 6 engine boss decoding

Hey folks, curious as to when my 225 was produced. A lot of online searching led me to write down the numbers behind the coil pack. What I saw (picture attached) is 6225R 2 5 28. I cant seem to find any kind of breakdown as to what these mean. All I know is the 6225 means it's a 225. According...

    72 Duster Resurrection

I'm not exactly worried about it, it could have been newer gas for all I know.. I mean it ran pretty good on it until it ran dry, but I do understand what you're saying.
