You should be in the 10's right off the bat. However you did not mention tire size. This and the 3.90 ratio may hurt you. Knowing that the engine is built correctly, it can see 7000 rpm w/no problem. Also, trans gearing? And converter size? Let me know some "extras" and I'll try to predict more....
