@Dicer nailed it about the oil flow out of the top holes on the rockers. You will get very little. Just enough to drool down the rocker and lube the valve stems and rocker pads. On the rocker shaft installation. Here's how they install. Passenger's side, the notch in the end goes to the REAR...

As long as it goes away or gets quieter when it warms up, I wouldn't worry about it.

Never seen an "end seal". All I've ever seen were pressed in plugs. Just get the appropriate size freeze plug, put the sealant of your choice on it and hammer it home.

Holy crap man, take the entire rocker assemblies off. What's the worry? What is it? 5 bolts each and they're on the work bench. Stop trying to cut corners and find out what's wrong. You have all of us here to help guide you if you get stuck. It's a very simple process and they NEED to come off...

To "MY" ears, the crossover "seems" to cut the highs in and out. Turned all the way "up" I get more midrange and highs along with the bass and it has more overall volume, if that makes sense. Turned all the way "down" all I get is the deep bass and nothing else. I still ain't figured out WTF...
