Pictures? If all you put in is a battery then start there. Grounds and connections are a good starting point. Very tough to diagnose properly thru internet.

The parts came from an older gentleman that is no longer with us. He was active in the 70's and 80's. I can not answer how he came about them but I can double check them again once I get home from out of town.

Pulses in the blowby almost seem like it is just one cylinder, maybe a blown head gasket at number 6. Number 8 is confusing though. Was compression that high when fresh?

Can someone tell me the best way to route vacuum lines to eliminate the OSAC? Is it as simple as just running the hose from the vacuum advance canister to a ported fitting on the carb? A schematic would be cool, even if drawn by hand.
