Normally the P273 would reference the model year IE A273=1965 B273=1966 C273=1967 and the other number 4-27 the date the engine was assembled. Now unless the P is actually a B I cannot comment. As for the 2250? no idea. Alan

I cannot say I'm an expert but every 68 that I looked at for this had the holes even without the lights, I do not see them having two different hoods for this. The 67s angle up then back, 68 and later straight back. Alan

You are going to get some long winded responses. The ignition and charging are not (directly) related. You can put a 4-pin module one a 5-pin system (dual ballast) You cannot put a 5-pin module on a 4-pin system (single ballast) Alan
