I see part of your problem-the kickdown lever that you have on the trans is for the 1 pc rod system. That is longer than the one you need. So in reality the ratio is off by quite a bit. The short levers are for the 3 pc bellcrank system and the long levers, like yours is for the 1 pc rod system...

I doubt we will get hit. Milner ridge seems to turn the storms coming from the south.

I save the foam with plastic over one side to ship parts in. Good stuff.

I wonder if it has anything to do with his camshaft formula and all those tight LSA's that he recommends that increase overlap and dilute the intake charge and the cylinders ability to fill at idle needing more initial........ Lean mixtures NEED more timing.

Don't know have never tried it. I just assumed that from a stop the transmission would shift into 1st.

The foam plate you get under your steaks from grocery store? Or is it like us and some sort of cardboard. Body shop guy gives me this foam with plastic sheet on one side. Windshield or body parts are wrapped with it.

.920's are NLA so the only hope for those is some dusty dead stock on somebody's shelf, used or hitting up firm feel and having a custom set made.

Stopped by the garage this morning to do some investigation. Looks to me like the damage is because the rubber connection isn't strong enough. The oil and ATF may not have helped but the interior is dry (not gooey). Gooey and slimy are technical terms - yes? In this floppy disk camara...

The .920 bars are nowhere to be found. I'm sure the 1.03 bars will be fine. I'll get those.......eventually. LOL
