Just removed the heads, intake valves just hitting the pistons Valves look fine very minimal damage to the pistons. Have everything checked have the intake valve retainers and seats lowered. Thanks for the replies.

Yes lifters were soaked. Springs dont seem to be binding. I had the machine shop make sure theres clearance with the retainers but it could be wrong. Im hoping the stock length push rods too long.

Everyone's idea of streetable is different. I ran this cam in a 10.1 360 with a victor junior intake And I loved it. But I didn't have power brakes and live in VT so I was not in traffic alot. Might not work for you. Take your time and find out what works for you. Goodluck.

I am a mechanic. All set thanks. Just wanted make sure that there report matched mine. It's a 2 years old vehicle carfax is a great tool as long as its not over 4 years old. Anything through insurance goes on the report.
