    New Magnum style heads

I just came across a set of R/T heads... one needs some work. Dropped a valve and is pretty banged up. I sent a message/pic to a head service local to me.

    New Magnum style heads

Ive been out of the small mopar world for a minute. Ive been reading through threads about new heads.. Does anyone manufacture new stuff thats quality? Ive been seeing that the china EQ heads can be sketchy and dealing with Clearwater Cyl Head can be a mess. Id like to run the 2.02 heads...

    5.9 swap question

Can't use the aftermarket flexplate. Crank sensor reads off the flexplate. Magnum 518's have a notch cut in the bellhousing for the sensor to go through.

    Swirl Port 308 302 info

All my trucks in the past have had flat tapper cams from the factory. The latest one being an 87. I have an 88 318 out of my friends ramcharger. It has rollers, but it was also a tbi motor. I think the diplomats and new yorkers may have received the early roller cams. Not the carb truck...

    340rocker oiling

I was thinking oil feed hole issue. Small piece of gasket scraping? How is the oil pressure on the engine? Dont some of the head gaskets only go on one way? Maybe those were the older ones. Now they are idiot proof..?? But, he did say they were getting oil, just not much...

:stop: Haha i bought one for my truck a couple years ago, i almost sent it back to china where it came from(says right on it). Next time ill buy the eddy, i only bought it because i needed one, and its not a race car. Port mismatch was hoooorrible. It costs a little more, probably because eddy...

    318 Poly idling question

I had a 66 w200 power wagon, Vented cap. Used to pop off in the summer when id fill it up. Yeah the coil went out once on me in my 87. But it had MSD and i left the key on all day. It sounds electrical though. If the valves are tight, does it just free spin or does it have compression...

    non adjustable valves on a 65 273?

Look at the passenger side of the block, it will tell you the build date of the block. Most likely the cam went flat and they swapped everything to hyd lifter setup. They may have got tired of adjusting them, one of the adjusters may have spun too free causing a tick when it backed off. No...

    what will this car run????

NOX injection?? NOx is a generic term for the mono-nitrogen oxides NO and NO2 (nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide). They are produced from the reaction of nitrogen and oxygen gases in the air during combustion, especially at high temperatures. In areas of high motor vehicle traffic, such as in...

    By-pass hose?

Right, there must be some flow, or you would shock the system. Thats why we did the mods.

Now its no longer a place to blow out or leak, looks cleaner. Yeah I saved that 3.95 and bought stainless allen plugs with it.
