Can the sheer pins be replaced?

So the shaft should be solid and the telescoping should not be able to move?

I think it's the small bolts with the square heads. I found that they need to hook into the slots on the outer tube. If that's not it I am guessing sheet pin. Where are the sheer pins located and can they be changed of they are broken?

Installed alter-k, had to trim the outer housing of steering column. put everything back together and now the main shaft that attaches to the steering wheel and rack, slides in and out causing the upper outer housings to come loose. Anyone have any ideas??? I am at my whits end with this thing...

God question, my brake line comes across the k-frame and loops up and around then under the frame to the clip that holds it and attaches to the rubber line.

Does not look like the rail has been replaced, but it could have been at some point. I have also looked for pictures and have come up empty.

Not an access hole as there is a plate that goes across the inside the frame rail. The shape and smoothness of the hole is what has me confused. I have never seen before in another car cut appears to be a punched hole.

I new this was there but thought it was a factory hole for something, now not so sure. It's on the passenger front frame rail. Does anyone know if this belongs there??
