Anybody fill the area between the trunk / fenders?

I thought that grinding, sanding, and very little body filler were supposed to do that. BC

    '63 Dart rear window weatherstrip

"Affordable price" will vary with the owner's wallet and just how badly (or quickly) finishing the project is wanted. I think I've probably spent "too much" on my cars, but I'm still sleeping indoors and eating well! Being a one person household helps, too. Just depends on one's own...

    '63 Dart rear window weatherstrip

That's what I was afraid of. As if early A's weren't tough enough to find parts, there had to be a one year rear window setup. Thanks for the response. I'll blow off the '63 I was looking at. Good price and not too far away, but this is a deal killer. BC

    '63 Dart rear window weatherstrip

Is the rear window glass & weatherstrip a one year only combination? Will '64-'66 glass and weatherstrip work in a '63 car? Is the '63 prone to leaking and is the '64 up gasket setup better? Thanks! BC

    can u order fender tags?

I believe that Chrysler historical can send you the data that would be on the fender tag if you get them the VIN#. I'm not sure just how to do that, and I could be wrong. For your stated purpose there is no ethical or legal issue. Surely you see the potential for fraud if fender tags were...

    max wedge scoop

FWIW, I've liked the earlier style since I saw 'em on the '63 Mopars at my local dragstrip. I've thought that earlier style was called a "Ramcharger" scoop. Seems like the full-size version would be too big on my '64 Darts. I'd like to find a 3/4ths, or 4/5ths size version.

    Fresh air intake plenum leaks

Thanks for the prompt reply, 64dartwagon (wish I could find one of those). What's got me confused is the place where I see the water tracks. It's right at the junction of the firewall and the side panel, behind the fresh air ducts. Hard to imagine the problem is the wiper seals, but I do know...

    Fresh air intake plenum leaks

The fresh air intake ducts on my ragtop (on all '64 Darts, according to the manual) are fed by a "ram air feature" from what I believe is correctly called a "plenum" at the base of the windshield. The ducts attach to the floor of the plenum at locations that are rolled upward which, it seems...
