Hi Guy's I removed the complete stock wiring harness. Replaced it with Ron France "Bare Bones" harness. I had already bought a new stock heater harness. Anybody know where to connect these wire's.:coffee2:

Re-doing the wires on my 73 Dart. This is the curcuit board drewing of my plug. I need help please let me know if I have it right. I have a drewing of a Rally plug that explanes each colored wire. Rally cluster is different, from my dash harness standed cluster. Do I have this correct???

I have other things to other than sit and wait for someone to answer. Dart starts up. Have all outside lights working. In stalled new circuit board. Disconnected the amp meter bolted and taped them together. Changed all the dash lights. Tested everyone before installing. Cleaned the round...

new circuit board only the red oil light comes on. Headlights work. Nothing else. At lease before I had blower motor. Can I energies each gage sepretly. Or buy a new harness with the round female plug. :banghead:

I have a fuse block like that on my 73 Dart. All I can read is 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 nothing else. as you can see in my attachment. I copyed your picture and tryed to blow it up, So I could read the labeling. No luck. Could you take another picture from the top so I can read what all the fuses go to...

Is your shifter in park on the column. And your tranny, linkage in park position. If they are not in the correct position. The key switch will be off. All it takes is just a little bit. I had that problem too. I couldn't remove the key either. :coffee2:

I remember when I took the dash appart. There was a resister of some kind in the back, top center with 3 prungs I thing there was a wire connected to it. What is it for and what color wire am I looking for.:banghead:

I already ran a new 8 gage wire from the alt. to the starter relay w/ 14 gage fuseable link. That stock line was burnt going through the 8 wire connection. Now it runs straight to the relay. I want as many stock dash gages working. I will also have new Temp, Oil, Amp gages inside or maybe...

Some one posted a dieagam on how to do this. Bypass OE ampmeter But he just said. 1 blk wire to the fuse box, 1 blk wire to the wiper switch, and 1 blk wire the the light switch. I think on the 2 switches would go to the red wire. The big question is where do i hook the blk wire in the fuse box...

Are there 2 or 3 wires connecting to this Reg.? I found 2 and plugged them in. What is it for? Do I need it. I'm not using the in dash amp gauge, oil, temperature gauge. I'm using after market. I just need dash lights. I'll buy a new regulator if I have to use it. this ones 41 years old.

I am so glad I went online today. I have the same problem with my dash connection on my 73 Dart. The same red wire in the same plug in the engine compartment has melted. And the part about the Alt. Fixed my other headache. I printed both of those web pages Tomorrow I start on that problem...
