I use a 15X4" wheel with a 590-15 bias ply tire on my Dart. It steers fine. Like has been said, the stock 13" wheels were pretty narrow anyway.

You'll need the right backspace too unless you plan to chop out the rear quarters like the 68 SS hemi cars. I recommend 6-1/2" backspace on a 10" wheel, but I don't know if thats an "off the shelf" measurement or if you'll have to have them made. I guess it depends on what wheel you're buying...

All is correct JohnnyDart, except you need to use the small wing nut on top of the ring that retains the board. Otherwise it's "dead on balls" perfect. George

I bought my Cragar S/S wheels brand new from Wheel Vintiques. They sell the small bolt pattern Mopar only rims there, and have the lugs too. George

My car as of last weekend. It has factory 14X5.5 wheels in front, and custom made 14X7 wheels in back, with blackwall tires. I used chrome lug nuts to dress it like a Super Bee. Front tires are 195-75R-14 and the rears are 215-70R-14. George

Needasresto- Tell me the dimensions of the wheels you have. Backspace, offset etc. I would be interested in a set if you decide you want to sell them. They would need to bolt onto the back of a stone stock 69 Dart. George
