    starting issue

    first thing I would try is a new fatter negative cable from the battery to the engine block. The factory neg cable on Mopars was too small; for the last 40+ years.

    try Wagner number 175 bulbs. 5 cp 14v 0 42723 93343 2 UPC number. PC175 includes the plastic holder/socket. The 175 bulb is hard to find, I had to have the local store order it for me. http://www.theherd.com/articles/bulbs.html lists some available bulbs.

    I have Wagner Halogens in my 1964 Valiant, I can see just fine with them. They are brighter than the old GE Halogens that were in the car before.

    Be glad that you have a 67- newer Abody. ;) I used a 3 foot extension, plus another 9 inch, and a 5/8 socket to get the top bolt. Also, I had to have the steering loose to turn the pitman arm out of the way to lower the starter when done. I installed a "Dakota" smaller starter...
