    Wheel Vintiques Steel Wheels ?s

I have the same on my 68. Guess I will touch up the hubcap lugs. They seem to hold okay but would hate to loose a hubcap.

    245/60/14 on stock rally wheels

Depends on the backspacing. 4.25”-4.75” should be okay. There is a really good old Thread on here that goes over all kinds of setups. It’s the only Sticky in this forum section. At the top of your page. Post your tire combo.

    Polishing aluminum wheels.

I keep telling people about ZoopSeal but nobody seems to know about it. The stuff is amazing. My wheels look the same as when I bought them. That was 3 years ago. If you want to save time not buffing and polishing every few months this is the ticket. Expensive but well worth the initial effort...

Expensive but Zoop Seal is the best stuff out there. Lasts a very longtime. It's a three step process but can last up to a year without polishing. http://www.zoops.com/zoopseal.asp You can get it from Summit

    Mickey Thompson Tires

Living in SoCal it's practically a desert. Haha. Getting caught in the rain would be bad and that seems to be the common drawback. With that decided.....what is a really good looking and performing street/cruising tire in the 255-265 range? BTW, I don't like the raised white lettering on...

    Mickey Thompson Tires

Being that sticky.....are the stones killing your paint on the rear quarters? I may go ahead and just get a pair of plain street tires until I get ready to take the car to a track. I still need to get a bolt down roll cage for the convertible before I take it to the track. That might be a little...

    Mickey Thompson Tires

So are you saying the Sportsman street radial would be better for more street driving. The car will see more street than track time. I'll be running the 255/60/15 on wheels that have been widened to 15x7.5 with a 5" BS. The offset kit gave me some good clearance. The 7.5" wide wheel is the...

New small pattern wheels coming out!

I already posted on your newbie thread. Hell ya I have interest. My 66' with the 8 3/4 rear would look awesome with those wheels. One of the members on here has 17x7's 4.25" backspace on his 66 Barracuda and they look real nice. 17x8 might be tough in the stock early a-bodies. It would have...

    275-60-15s on a Dart

I was thinking of doing this on my car to get some added room but wasn't sure about the perches being moved in 3/4" as well. ??? Might be a good idea for me to do it now since the rear is still out of the car.
