Perfect I think the OP is making more out of this than needed -- learning curve brakes are pretty simple but nothing to take lightly basically just moving and controlling fluid I work on 300 to 500 ton presses all the time with up to a 42" ram

don't have a clue why they would need adjusted that much but that will work

may be wrong but I would put the adjustable valve right off the master cylinder it would be a lot easier to adjust as needed could butt the rear line together and plug the distribution block as needed everyone has their own way of doing things no one size fits all

buy new axles from http://www.moserengineering.com/axles.html as recall they don't cost that much tell them what you have and they make them accordingly

Ok for anyone interested here's what I did and found. First the old MC used is one for disc/drum ended up tapping the hole and using a screw and nut as puller removed what ever it's called (from drum side) no residual valve found I presume it probably has to do with the proportioning valve with...

Never pay for the stainless steel lines not needed hard to work with (tweak the bends)

If the calipers are on the front move the calipers to the back you'll have to switch the spindles from side to side also I used b body rubber hoses and they worked fine you can keep your K doing it this way

Be careful these thing can explode when striking with hammer and chisel

I use 73+ B Body hoses when mounting calipers on the back side of the spindle

If you wouldn't have posted pictures some people whould have had you rebuilding the entire system good job doing that.Life is simple but alot of people like to make it more complicated than it really is our goverment past-present-future is a prime example of that

If that's tight then you have it cross threaded bolt head should be flush and squeezing the metal flat I'll almost bet that's the problem

is there some reason your bolt on the caliper hold down is not tight possible binding 2nd picture I don't know

are the bleeders on the top side of the caliper? if they are on the bottom you can't get the air out
