Went to fire up the cuda this morning and nothing.. usually blasts right off. Checked for fuel squirting, had fuel. Hooked up timing light and cranked. No flashing light. Put on a mopar orange box and car fired up. Anyways when I rewired the car I made no provision for a ballast. MSD time or ??

The guy that built my 360 (Bob Lambeck) installed n65y plugs but they caused noise in my stereo system being non resistor. They cross over to autolite 62 and 63. Couldnt get 62's so i went with the 63's

Looks like a nice piece. Still on the fence about the soldered in relays though. I get it it has a lifetime warranty. If you lose a relay sounds like the car will be non op until new board arrives?

Just speaking for myself here but those 2 items would be the last thing I would want in my steering column. As far as that goes...

So now you need the ignition switch, and the key cylinder that you pounded the screwdriver though.

Besides that you have allready busted your *** getting the column apart to get to the switch.

Not sure what you mean by that. But by the time you hack into the wiring and get a push button starter switch and then another switch to turn the coil power off or on you might as well spend the 38 bucks and do it right ?

Cant you just get another ignition switch for it ?

I don't have the dimensions, but another idea for you. I'm sure someone has one of these radios lying around. Try putting a want ad up for one , then send it to sm electrotech and have them rebuild/update it. They did a killer job on my 69 thumb wheel radio.

My buddy with a 74 dart jumped the bottom wires together. Not sure of the colors though. You should be able to figure it out off a diagram though.

While your back there solder the pins to the pc boards and gut your ammeter to a voltmeter and use the ammeter face for originality. And add led bulbs.
