I've been running the MSD distributor for years with no problems what so ever. I've always turned engine to TDC compression stroke and turned the bronze gear slot so it points to number 1 bore. Fires no problems. Jayson

I had this same problem after putting my car back together. I believe I found a wire at the bulk head not making a good connection and at the ignition switch wire not contacting when the clip was pushed on the clip pushed out the back. I also could start at firewall. Jayson

Last year the variable wiper switch on my Dart wouldn't shut off the wipers. The manual says that it's a bad switch so last year I bought a NOS one. I changed it out and it still won't shut them off. I had a spare motor hooked it up same problem??? Does anyone have any ideas?? Jysnflem
