    Column shifters screwed

Like some of the guys here my experience is with Brand X. Mine, specifically, was my '78 F250. Trans stayed in place, took about an afternoon. Really not that big a change over.

NON MOPAR: clutch is not disengaging

Not sure about '95, but check for a clutch adjustment first. Did a slave and master on a customer's '98 and I ran it on the lift, knowing it was going to need an adjustment. Did the same thing you're describing. In the '98 it had two adjustments on the pedal. One of the pedal itself, one on...

Nice. Thanks for posting up the pics, too. Gives me an idea as to what to shoot for when doing an A500 swap.

    5-speed options

Gonna say that you guys are assuming all E-body owners are rich. If that's the case would someone please tell me why I'm still paying rent, have medical bills to pay off, and can't afford to put together my F250? I have to scrimp and save for my E-body build like a lot of guys have to do.

    Passon Od Vs Keisler Tko

Thanks, rumble. Like I said, completely beligerent. Didn't think I was hijacking the thread given what the very first post was. I've been following this thread as it's progressed with a lot of interest, simply because of the Cuda build. Was thinking along the lines of the Keisler package, but...

Just food for thought, but KEISLERGENE has been called out, his name is a dead giveaway, but...

    bad vibs....

Yeah, would think if it was the tranny itself, then shifter would have vibe in it, too. We're still thinking the pressure plate and/or the t.o. are worn on this end, though. Explains a lot of the goings on... the only thing that makes sense to me is that the plate and the t.o are touching...

    bad vibs....

With that much free play in the clutch and the pressure plate and throw out are still touching enough to spin up the t.o. at speed then it's really time to start thinking clutch pack, t.o., and resurface. Could be now the pressure plate is worn now enough it's still making partial contact with...

    bad vibs....

My own personal sounding board. He cut his teeth hot rodding flatheads back in the '50s. And after driving tractor trailer for 25 years and 3M miles like he did I'm definately gonna take his word on how a clutch should feel. lol

    bad vibs....

Just talked to my Pop and he's thinking the clutch needs adjusting. The throw out bearing shouldn't be touching the pressure plate and that's what it sounds like is happening, hence the reason the t.o. is spinning and the clutch pedal is vibrating
