    yes curb idle screw and exhaust just smells really rich.

    ok 73 scamp 318 had the dreaded empty bowl after setting overnight, got an orielys rebuilt looks almost identical, mounted runs better seems a little rich to me, but the idle screw has to be turned in all the way to get it to idle and still seems a little low, any ideas?

    fuel filter

    71 duster slant 6 the fuel filter on it has a return line, guess its a vent to the tank? Is this necessary? can I get rid of the extra line?
