Why run a breaker at all?? The fusible link was to protect all the wiring under the dash, bypass that, and there's really no need on the run from the alternator to battery post/starter sol. Just make sure and size the wire right.

Run a #4 wire from the Bat+ on the starter solenoid to a power dist. block, it's the same as being connected to the battery directly. Some anal retentive instruction writer is going off the rails here.

You want to jumper the blue wire that goes to the blue/brown double wire normally through the ballast resistor.

I would go with 8 gauge, you can get a maxi-fuse holder but I wouldn't. Just run the wire as short as possible and protect it with wire braid.

I was getting a feedback loop through the "High" dark green wire that wasn't allowing the relay to turn off so I think a 20A diode there will fix it, since if I pull the dark green wire off of the resistor pack, everything works great.
