Hey guys, under hard right hand turns (with the steering wheel pegged) I have been hearing a clunkie noise at slow speeds
I crawled under there today and found the steering end (sorry can't think of the proper term) loose, on the passenger side
Turns out that part, at full steering lock, hits the sidewall of the tire

Hopefully the video will show what I mean

Looks like maybe 3/16 of a turn of twist on there?

Should I be concerned about this?
The driver side is solid, and doesn't touch the tire, but im not sure if this means anything concerning my steering rack or not
(When I twist that knuckle the steering wheel does not move)

Yes I need to change it and get a wheel alignment. Lift the wheel off the ground. Push in and out on the tire. See if it’s just the outer tie rod that’s moving or the inner also. Kim
